Depends how well you know them, but the general rule of thumb is never give out your phone number, or any personal information.

i wouldnt. they are your friends on 360 so they have a way of contacting you there. what else could they need to contact you for? they are obviously not a part of your life outside the "computer world" or they would already have your number.
