I do all the time
for instance, if my computer freezes up or my pen doesn't work, i will yell at it or threaten it...

Yes! I talk to my car and we even gave it a name "simon" the saturn. When we went to pick up my car from the mechanic, my three year old spotted the car and yelled "Theres Simon! Are you feeling better!" The mechanic looked around and couldnt figure out who she was talking to. It was so funny!

Oh yeah... I talk to my car when it's low on gas or the check engine light comes on to coax it to be nice, I yell at my computer when everything freezes, and most of all I yell at the television as though the people inside of it can hear me telling them what to do on gameshows or scary movies.

I talk to inanimate objects quite frequently. In the case of fixing cars, I talk at them more then to them. I find talking to inanimate objects refreshing many times as they don't argue or act stupid.

Do I look like Patrick Roy? He used to talk to the Goal Posts, and since this is a hockey area I thought I need to make a refrence to hockey. Yeah I've done it though, we all have.

Yes I do! Especially when chairs and benches jump out in front of me causing me to stub my toe. Also when kitchen cabinet doors swing open when I bend over causing me to crack my scull when I straigten up. If inanimate objects didn't have a mind of their own, I wouldn't have to swear, I mean talk to them.

Sure, I yell at my stick everytime I miss the goal wide. Especially if I have a open shot. It's always the sticks fault though.

I have been known to curse and slap my computer. Atleast we're taking our anger out on inanimate objects and not real people, right?

You have to talk nicely to your computer, or it will just freeze up more on purpose. Sometimes petting it softly will do the trick.
Fax machines, however, are a different story. They like it rough!

I yell at some bad plays people make while playing online poker.
I talk to my pc's at work. (I repair them)
Threats against pc's usually don't work too good. Although a bit of "give me some lovin' " works great. After they comply, then you give them a warm fuzzy and send them on their way...
