anything above 25, and for some people: never.

I think anything younger than that is too inmature. Most people do not know what they want out of life, are not mature nor have they figured themselves out.

Some teens do alright with children but most do not

I wouldn't. Mother nature makes people physiologically able to have children at a certain age and that is it.

What if I say "I would set the limit at N years" and then I meet someone whose mother gave him or her birth when she was N-1 years old. What am I saying to that person - that if it was up to me he or she shouldn't have been born?
