Hello there - Okay, first of all, pregnancy is an emotional time for many women.

Many years ago I moved the other way - UK to Canada!

I felt very lonely for the first year or so, so it might be difficult until you make friends.

Is there a Pre-Natal Clinic that you can go to ?

Go to the park or mall and see if there are any other pregnant Mums there - strike up a conversation with them.

Tell your hubby how you feel and maybe if his family knows that you are lonely and missing your family and friends, they will befriend you a little more than they are at the moment.

Good Luck!

ps email me if you like - I remember what it was like to be alone in a new country - my hubby and I arrived in Canada with three suitcases and a baby!

Don't worry it's your hormones dear. I had the same problem at the beginning of my pregnancy and sometimes it still happens. Just sit back and relax, and put your feet up. You will be fine. :)
