I was a student of WIU Axia online (western international university AXIA online which is owned by apollo group and associated thereby to the University of Phoenix Online). They kicked me out of the school after my mental health problems exacerbated by poor community healthcare for poor people; whereby my medical conditions (adult ADHD) diagnosis was not correctly documented, such that I would be able to present that documentation to the school's ADA representatives. A consideration here is that the pentagon is rerouting funds of the GI Bill with these online schools and useing that money to fund the DOJ's new computer system which integrates any and all possible criminal actions/suspicions (paroled inmates look out!) So with that a simple phone call to a mental patient who is enrolled in the parole system from the school for the purpose of involving them with AI communications subliminal messageing programs online and breaking their financial capacity to resist corrupt affiliations.

Start a small business for yourself with a small handwritten self standing sign that has your email address on it and it says 5 dollars per question and 75cents per minute (time you spend answering). Find out what the direction of the overall field of information which their question is in and what companys are doing the work in this field so that nobody is doing double work unless the double work is done for the purpose of alternative variables of the work seeking the same or specific exact diffrent results, advertize in resturauts and have the questions submitted as customers have been patron's to the business, you will need 5 staff members and local library database access or highspeed wireless and laptops keep records of money as you invest it in the application of community activism on a global scale of the combined to do lists of the wikipedia ecology and buddhism portals with context mapping active personal concept resource allocation demographics datamineing measured physicsSOC

You've gotten caught in a real bureaucratic booby trap. But here's what you can do:

!) ASAP contact the EEOC office that handles ADA issues (the OCR office) and file a complaint. The point is to get it on record--the time to file a complaint is limited (usually 180 days)
2) About the only thing you will be able to do is force the school to re-admit you and provide accomodations--but it will be an uphill battle to do even that--and you will have to have a lawyer specializing in disability law to do that.
3) Through no fault of your own, you made an unwise decision in attending ANY of the "Apollo group" schools. They do not provide good quality education and exist not to educate but to make a profit. I strongly suggest you go to the VA and find out what your options are at this point--but you will be far better off, once you get this mess resolved as best you can, to switch to a conventional university. Many have excellant support programs for students with disabilities--though you do need to check them out; that's not universally the case.
4) I don't know where you stand re tretatment--but from experience, I can tell you that most students do far better if they make sure any emotional and /or treatment issues are taken care of first before trying to cope with classes. So don't rush it--take one thing at a time.

Good luck to you!

And how exactly did the college ruin your life?? I cannot see where you've proven your point or even made one. Using ADHD as a crutch is not the way to go. My son tried that nonsense for years, didn't work.
