You asked for the best all inclusive in Cyprus for your budget, here you are.
Theres only two to consider and they are both in Paphos which is a beautiful place for a holiday and in my opinion you should book one of these.
The first is The Iberostar Ledra Beach. It is a four star hotel and well situated on the beach in Paphos. The food, staff and faciltites are excellent. This will be just under budget for two weeks all inclusive. I have stayed here many times and I can highly reccomend it.
If I am honest with you there is another which is slightly better than The Ledra as it's newer, therefore more modern and a little more luxurious. It is The Riu Cypria Bay.
It is just two hotels along from the Ledra but on a better stretch of beach in beautiful grounds. You can also use the facilities of it's sister hotel next door The Riu Cypria Maris.
The rooms are lovely, the swimming pool is a lagoon shaped pool with a swim up bar and the facilities and food are first class. The price of this hotel will be on budget but if you go high season it might just be very slightly over.
I have also stayed here, and I promise you that if you are discerning, and appreciate a lovely hotel in a quieter location, then this is the place to be..
Paphos and the hotels I mentioned to you are the best value in the best location on the island for all inclusive.
There is another hotel in the Kapparis Area of Protaras called The Kouzalis Beach. They offer all inclusive and are adults only. It is very nice but a little outside the Protaras resort area to walk in in the evening. It is adults only and worth thinking about, but it is not as good as The Riu Cypria Bay. It will be within budget though.
Not all hotels offer the All Inclusive facility. The most Luxurious hotels on the Island of Cyprus do not offer the all inclusive package. They are all sold on BB with the option of upgrading to HB(breakfast and dinner) or FB (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
in Paphos The Elysium is the best, followed by The Paphos Amathus Beach then the Annabelle. The Aphrodite Hills is Beautiful but very far out.
Someone mentioned the Anassa in Latchi- fabulous hotel and very expensive for the best suites- again just BB, HB or FB-
You may just about get BB within budget at these hotels, but HB or FB will almost certainly be above that.
In Ayia Napa, The Adams Beach in my opinion cannot be beaten- you might just get 2 weeks HB within budget, or if you are travelling im May/June The Aeneas in Nissi Bay sometimes offer HB for the Price of BB and it will be within budget.
The Olympic Lagoon resort might be worth looking at. They do All inclusive but you need to know where to book it for the best deals. E-mail me and I might be able to help with that one.
Don't waste money on any hotel with Tsokkos in the name. They are usually in Protaras & Ayia Napa but they are not luxurious and definitley not for the discerning traveller!
To recap though.. to answer your question. The Riu Cypria Bay would get my booking for the best all inclusive on the island.
I hope that wherever you choose, you have a great time!
All the best!

Hiya, Don't go to Turkey go to Cyprus as you intended. I have been to Cyprus for the past 10 years. Protaras is lovely there is a 5* hotel called Constantinos, it is right on the beach. Limmassol has some luxury hotels but they are out of the main tourist area.Larnaca is good. Paphos also have some beautiful luxury hotels, don't go to any of the other areas that are advertised because Latchi, Polis are isolated. Also but it is outside the main tourist area of Protaras there is a gorgeous hotel called Grecian Park. I really think your best bet is Protaras, take your driving licence cause they drive on the same side of the road as us, and you don't need an adaptor for your electrical items it's the same as here. Have a great holiday.

Go to Paphos and stay at the St George, its the height of luxury with its own beach, it has 4 swimming pools and the staff are ultra professionals, When you have a drink in the bar they put your glass on a coaster, then you pick it up to take a sip and they swap the coaster before you put the glass down again, you must see it to believe it.
Its very big and posh and very very clean, plus you are close to all amenities if you decide to go site seeing. It will be well worth your £2,500.What ever you decide have a great time, you,ll love Cyprus

My favorite places in Cyprus :
1. Ayia Napa ( crazy nightlife and exotic beaches )
2. Protaras ( the most beautiful beaches on the island but it's a more family destination ).

I have been to Cyprus several times. If you want a fantastic time i would recommend to stay in limassol at the four seasons hotel. If your not to keen with that i would like to suggest Nissi Bay in the Nissi Beach hotel. Both hotels offer half board or all inclusive dining and are both situated on the beach.

i just got back from Cyprus on Wednesday, stayed in Paphos and had a great time. there was alot of posh hotels there and the nearest beach was coral bay. Ayia Napa is supposed to have the most picturesque beach.
have been to turkey as well and had a great time there too.

Northern Cyprus is the best part and far less expensive but it is Turkish and the Greeks on here seem to be using this as a forum for their racial hatred. You can get two centre hols.with a stay in Istanbul then on to Kyrenia(Girme).

hi, ive been to cyprus 2 times now and i love it soooooooo much that im learning greek. i recommend Protaras because it has the most beautiful beach with plenty of watersports, a good fun nightlife and lots to do for everyone. it is not as roudy as neighbouring Ayia Napa but if you want to taste the nightlife there, go ahead, its quite fun!! it depends what you want from a holiday. protaras is fun, but still close enough to different cultural sites. i advise you to take a trip up the troodos mountains in a jeep safari...it was one of the funnest things i have ever done! ( im not sure if funnest is a word!!) but yeah, cyprus is a beautiful island and im sure you'll enjoy it wherever you go!
