Try Google Video. You can also go to the network's webpage and see if they offer some of the episodes for free. I know that Grey's Anatomy has a few episodes freely available on abc.com.

If you download bittorrent or azureus, you can use these sites. They have the latest tv episodes of anything you could possibly imagine as well as shows that have aired long ago, all at a good quality too.

Depends on what shows you are looking for and if you are in the US or not. In the US, the major networks have some shows that you can watch full episodes of.
