For now, you can't have wireless internet over the phone line. You don't need wireless internet if you don't want it. You can have a cable modem for high speed internet. For that, you need a broadband wall jack, a coax cable, an Ethernet cable, and a power cable for the modem. First, take the Ethernet cable, plug one end into the modem, and the other end into your computer. Next, take your coax cable, screw it in with your finger into the wall jack all the way, and the same into the modem. Next, take your power supply for your modem, plug it in to the modem, and the prong part goes into an electrical outlet. Now, you will have high-speed Internet, not wireless. If you want a wireless connection, you need to make sure your computer has it enabled. For this, you will need a wireless router, a cable modem, an Ethernet cable, a power supply for the router and modem, and a coax cable. If you already connected the cables without a wireless connection, but still want a wireless network, take all of the cables out, or do the opposite of what I told you to do before. Only do this and the following if you want a wireless connection: First, take a coax cable, and screw it in to a broadband jack with your hand. Screw in the other end with your hand into the modem. Next, take an Ethernet cable, and plug one end into the modem. Next, plug in the other end into the wireless router, and the port labeled Internet. Then, connect the router and modem to a power supply. Now, your computer will be able to have wireless internet over your connection, after you do the wireless network setup wizard, which can be accessed from your Control Panel. There, you will be able to setup that connection you made. In your wireless router, you will also see Ethernet ports labeled 1, 2, 3, and 4. Those ports are for other computers that you want to have Internet, through the router and modem. The Ethernet cable coming from the modem to the Internet port in your router is a source of Internet to the ports labeled 1, 2, 3, and 4 in your router. You don't need other computers in there to have wireless internet, as long as you have an Internet source. You can have other computers plugged in there, if you want. It won't interfere with your wireless connection, though. I hope that you will be able to have Internet now, whether it's wireless, or not.

Your options are very limited.
Wireless internet has a range of about 50 metres at most.
You may be able to share with a neighbour if they have internet and they live close.
Wireless internet over long distances is being developed but not available.
Your only options are satalite (expensive) or by mobile telephone (also not cheap - and slow! No downloading any films for you!)
