Its okay to wear makeup.. the makeup i use is for men too.. just check out the website youll see.
I hope what I tell you can help you. If you look at my picture can you tell i have any flaws? Underneath that makeup I have the most hideous DEEP scars from acne. It makes me look like a monster. I use a makeup called DERMABLEND. You buy the makeup (variety of shades) you can buy a dark and one light to mix together to find your shade, that's what I do.. then you buy the setting powered which is necessary to use after the makeup. Its very easy to apply, just apply on your face, use the setting powder and brush off. Its simply just wonderful. Just try it, i know you will love it. It covers anything from acne, scars, blemishes, pigmentation, birthmarks, even tattoos, and more. Give it try. Its not just makeup, its leg and body cover as well. :-)Good Luck!

Clearasil makes a tinted cream that covers. Proactive also has a concealer, if it is acne. If not, try Dermablend, which is what pros use for birthmarks. The key thing is to match your skin color, so you might want to go to a department store and find a sympathetic makeup lady, who can guide you. Macy's carries Dermablend. Or try the website below.

If you don't want to use make-up you can try some skin lightening cream.

An example would be to apply a facial resurfacing peel like RoC to just the blemishes. It's expensive, but they will fade.

I can understand that you're self-conscious, but try not to be. If you're a decent guy that's all that really matters.
