Soak it overnight in a bucket of warm water. Ask a friend to hold the key tightly with a heavy duty wrench while you hit the spot from behind with a sledgehammer. That'll do it.
Alternatively, work the key off gently with a screwdriver, it should just pop off. Clean all round the area with a cotton bud soaked in methylated spirit. Work the pin of the key in and out until you're happy it's clear, then replace the cap just by pushing back on.

Laptops are hard. The most common reason they get stuck is:
The spring mechanism is broken due to over use or banging
The key is sticky due to split substances
Material under the key is restricting the key
The best advise is to clean the key:
Keep pressing the key up and down while blowing under the key. An air pressured can produces much better effects.
You may also consider using a cotton bud that is slightly damp to get under the key, but please take care.

Where exactly is the "stuck" key?
I can't find a stuck key on my keyboard.
I am also missing the "any" key.
I should buy a newer model I guess!
