We keep the cell phones on so we can i guess talk to each other throughout the night while we sleep... I keep the phone about 1-2 feet away from my body while we sleep, but again, are radio waves damaging?

No, there is no evidence that small, modern cell phones increase the risk of brain tumors or have any other negative health impact (unless you count driving with a cellphone, which increases the risk of accidents).

Radio waves are bouncing off of your body this instant. Your cellphone is not damaging to you.

just in case, do not keep it too close to u. 1 to 2 feet sound fine. I usually keep my cell phone on too but I turn it off when I'm very tired and do not wanna be bothered with a call at midnight
