I just went to the doctors on wednesday and she said my urine was perfectly normal... But last night & thismorning.. i felt like i had to go to the bathroom sooo bad.. with a lot of pressure down there.. And i would only go a little and feel like i had to go still and it hurts in my stomache and everything... Do you think its jsut from the baby being low or an UTI?

im 37 weeks 5 days

Its just the baby!your baby is probably 5 lbs or more!imagine that sitting on your bladder! You and baby are fine!now if you get burning when you urine or fever then go back to your doctor!Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and birth of the baby!

I'm guessing your baby has dropped into birthing position causing pressure on your bladder and you are probably having some contractions as well causing the stomach pain, it's unlikely that if your urine was clear on wend that you would have developed an infection bad enough to cause you pain, but not impossible, if it's worrying you bad enough you could call your on-call doc to see if they want to send you into the L+D to do a dip on your urine... but honestly.. I think baby may be coming soon :) best of luck to you. feel free to ask anything else via messenger

Sounds like the baby moved farther down but if you wanna double check at Walgreen's in the pregnancy section they have test called UTI I take them once a week cause I am always getting UTI while I am pregnant.

i had UTI when i was pregnant..and what happened to me was ..when i went to the toilet not only did i go every 3 mins...but whenever i went..i would feel a burning sensation down there.

I had a really bad one so when i had it..my temperture would change too..from freezing cold to boiling hot really quick.

feverish and all that.

if your doctor said it was fine..then i thought she'll lie to you..but if you are still not sure...go to an other doctor..there's nothing wrong to getting yourself checked..its better to be safe than sorry.

I have the same feeling and I was told that I didn't have an infection. I thinks its my big ole baby's head putting pressure on my bladder.

Sounds like the baby is sitting on your bladder. Call your Dr. just to make sure.

Babies usually mess up with stuff down there. If youre doc said that youre okay, but a second opinion never hurts.
