It's the correct way of spelling. It's called English and was invented by the English. Americans seem to get some sense of achievement by changing a few letters and then thinking they have created a language.

I was taught to spell this and the same words in English with "u". But it must be admitted that now I use "u" very seldom... Still I like it.

It's the gay way to try an enhance a words pronunciation.
They add a "u" to make it sound French? The French are wussies and good for nothing, except french fries. When you need them, they just crawl under a rock and ignore you.
This is America. We speak English, we show up at wars when required and don't spend the better part of our lives living in the kichen cooking crappy food.
Screw the French and their "...vour"

in Australia those words are spelt with a u
flavour
behaviour
colour
and etc
i get comments like " learn to spell" that's the correct way here....i can spell!
