Select the letter, word or sentence.
Press, "Shift" + "F3"
So toggles among "sentence case", "all uppercase" and "all lowercase"
Or;
Go to EDIT menu, select CHANGE CASE.

there is an option called change case (either in the format menu or edit menu) using that u can change the upper case to lower case and vice versa.

Highlight the text you are trying to change and it "Shift & the F3 Key". It will toggle between all caps, lower case and initial caps.
