Select the letter, word or sentence.
Press, "Shift" + "F3"
So toggles among "sentence case", "all uppercase" and "all lowercase"

Go to EDIT menu, select CHANGE CASE.

there is an option called change case (either in the format menu or edit menu) using that u can change the upper case to lower case and vice versa.

Highlight the text you are trying to change and it "Shift & the F3 Key". It will toggle between all caps, lower case and initial caps.

Let go of the shift key, or turn off the caps lock.

ummmmmmmmm just use the caplock for upper case and turn it off for lower
