i have an ipod video. i restored my ipod back to its original settings because it was messing everything up. then i tried to put all the songs back on it will only copy 28/312. whats wrong with it? it says that "attemptIng to copy "kayleighs" filed. an unknown error occured (-69). HELP ME PLEASE! thanx! =]

I'm not sure but my best bet is that it's definatly the Ipod, although there is a chance it's the computer. If you're not sure, try a different computer. If it doesnt work then, then take the Ipod to the Apple store. I know they don't provide much help, but they should be able to tell you what is wrong with it. If you just recently got it (within a few months) then they should refund it for a new one. You're probably going to have to send it to Apple in California though. =] Hope I helped!

U should probably take it to the Apple store they have trained professionals to actually help people. Or you can go on line and look up answers for yourself but I would rather go the store.

Try rebooting your computer and trying again. Always works for me when the damn thing is disagreeable.
