Get one of those little wooden chairs like
elementary school students had to sit in.
You cut out his eyelids. Tie him to the
chair, and have a German Shepherd standing
by to bite Khalid's genitals every time he
falls asleep. You put a great big clock on
the wall in front of him, and keep his head
at a fixed position where all day long he sees
the clock, and only the clock, and he can't
close his eyes. Feed him prunes and baby
food all day and let him defecate in his pants
constantly, and keep plenty of wooden matches
on hand for the smell. Keep it about 40 degrees
in the room. Create as much noise as possible.
You could put three or four boom boxes in the
room, all playing something different at maximum
volume so that Khalid hears only noise. Get
someone to puke on the terrorist everyday. Keep
this up for a month or so, or longer. He should
become very ill, mentally speaking, and you could
put him a chamber much like the chamber that
Americans get put in when they wander into
Turkey and are arrested.

As much as I hate and am horrified by all that was 911 and the beheading (I saw it on the internet and if that doesn't make you sick, I don't know what will...), I think there was more to then just this one man responsible for all these actions. There were many people responsible for 911 and there were others there cheering on and allowing the beheading. Killing this one man may make the world only slightly safer and make us 'feel good' but there will always be more people out there who will want to do nothing but kill Americans (i.e. we got bigger problems on our hands that we should not forget).

Life sentence in a pig sty.

If the pigs will have him!

Second option would be to chain him to a FDNY firepole and what happens happens.

i'm adverse to it, as a rule for functional causes. Capital punishment isn't powerful in in decreasing crime, it expenditures a tremendous purchase more advantageous than life in penal complex, and worst of all, disadvantages executions of risk free people. The worst element about it. blunders: The equipment can make tragic and irreversible blunders. In 2004, Cameron Todd Willingham replaced into executed in Texas for starting up the fireplace that killed his little ones. present day forensics has shown that the fireplace replaced into unintended. Willingham replaced into risk free. There wasn’t even against the law. Over one hundred thirty different wrongfully convicted people sentenced to lack of life were exonerated. DNA, accessible in below 10% of all homicides, can’t assure we gained’t execute risk free people. for sure, if someone is convicted and later got here across risk free you are able to launch him from penal complex, yet no longer from the grave. Crime relief: The lack of life penalty doesn't end others from committing homicide. homicide rates are continuously more advantageous in states and areas with the shortcoming of life penalty than in those with out it. the most present day FBI records confirms this. option: life with out parole, on the books in 40 9 states (all except Alaska), also prevents reoffending. It means what it says, and spending 23 of 24 hours an afternoon locked in a tiny cellular isn't a picnic. life with out parole expenditures below the shortcoming of life penalty. expenditures: The lack of life penalty is a lot more advantageous extreme priced than life in penal complex. The extreme expenditures of the shortcoming of life penalty are for the complicated criminal procedure, and the biggest expenditures come on the starting up, for the pre trial procedure and for the trial itself. the point is to prevent executing risk free people. Who receives it: opposite to conventional perception, the shortcoming of life penalty isn't reserved for the worst crimes, yet for defendants with the worst legal experts. It doesn't note to those with money. even as is the most suitable time a wealthy individual replaced into on lack of life row, now to not teach executed?
