Yes. It can also indicate breast cancer, though.
If a HPT comes back negative, breast milk should warrant a visit to the doctor.
Also, to the answerer who said that it happens only later in pregnancy: I had breast milk at three months pregnant with BOTH of my kids. EVERY woman is different.

I'm 7 months pregnant and still don't have milk so no i would sat my first sign was sore breast

No. My son is 13 and I still have milk in my breasts, not like I was breast feeding, but I still do have milk.

Hello there.
It would mean that she had already had her baby or else she would be in the late stages of pregnancy.
Some women will continue to have milk in their breasts long after they have weaned their baby.
Why don't you just ask her? That woud be the easiest way to know for sure.

Women don't usually get milk in the breast until later in the pregnancy. If there is any fluid and you are not pregnant you should probably see a doctor.

Since you don't get actual milk until after delivery it means you had a baby.

no, if the woman is on medication one of the side affects is the production of breast milk.
see your doctor if this is not the case.

I have a pituitry gland tumour and that was one of the signs of it so best to get it checked out

i suppose yes it is a sign of pregnancy but it can also happen when you're ovulating.it's happened to me in the past
