reply when you question a violation... or do you just get ignored too

I have replied 3 times to violations and have never had any sort of reply. My guess is that it is all computer control and there is no room for real contact with the real people that give the real answers.

thay do reply to you as i have had 1 or 2 that was a violation questions. you can also reply to them to find out why and they will tell you. have a nice day now.

I've only ever questioned one violation - sometime last year! - and have so far been ignored, I somehow don't think I will ever hear from them.

i did get a reply to one of mine. i asked them to explain to me what i did wrong, explaining how my question was NOT a violation at all, and how i was being targeted.
they told me to read my TOS.
i replied again, saying that hey weren't very helpful, and would they please look into the matter further and give me my points back.
again, they told me to read my TOS.
i think it's better NOT to get a response from them.

i actually got a reply to mine when i got a violation notice..... but it just had a list of do's and don'ts on it.... i only wanted to know cockney rhyming slang apparantly it could cause offence......

only had one reply , from the "many many" i have questioned!!!!!! and all that was said was "we cannot comment on individual reports ???" so basicly i am ignored
