The only meaning I know is denoting a personality outwardly normal but characterised by a diminished sense of social responsibility. Unable to establish deep human relationships, and sometimes, abnormal or dangerous acts. I hope this has helped.

First of all...the spelling is "psychopathic"

Second, it means someone who has a psychological need to do twisted things. It's most commonly used to describe serial killers, as in "he is a psychopathic killer of young women".

My dear friend ur n a such a situation that like to happen wat u like u know wat if u ask it to some saints or baba u just get an odd ans karma phal but I say u need to change ur dad with ur love when ur dad say angry on u u just gave a smile nd be cool dad nd get near him nd try to know dad why r u always angry with so polite and see the result and u may thnk ths damn but ur situation s so mine but my dad childhood so bad .... phycopath means your crazy, but most litteraly Phyco-path means you can travel any path with you mind. depend on what you mean.
