If that is the case, you should get a diploma or a degree only if there are jobs in the market... Or you can try to find jobs outside of India..... :)

a knowledgeable degree with will power and strong determination will always fetch a job unless and until you are confident about yourself

So you can easily get a visa so you can drive a cab somewhere in NYC
