I remember doing this once with makeup..
a friend and i went shopping and we ended up staying quite late, then we decided we should go to the pub, so we went to target and used the tester make up and made ourselves up, she even painted her nails! haha i didnt paint my nails..i was tapping my foot trying to make her hurry up, we were getting dirty looks

Very cheap. You probably spend more on getting there then you would buying perfume.
