Download an add-on called "VideoDownloader" (Easily found in Google search). Its icon shows on the bottom right corner of your browser. Click the icon when the video is playing in Youtube.com. The link asks you to save the file. Initially the files get saved as html. So, you will hafta change the xtension to .flv.
Download FLV player fromm download.com and enjoy the videos.
Everything takes about 5 minutes. So, be patient.

Use a program from download.com called my mp3 my mp3.
It will allow you to record audio directly from your computer and convert it into mp3 format.
Youtube will block the streaming video if you go to the mp3 program as it is playing a video, so click record in the program first, then play the youtube video.
Youtube doesn't have perfect audio quality, but it's a great way to find those rare songs that iTunes doesn't have!

Its not possible to download a song from YOU TUBE....I tried a lot, but failed... Please let me know if you come across any possible way...

but you can download media recorder.

so its basically the same
