most people do and are living beyond their means.we pay all bills and get all neccessities first off. so that usually leaves us anywhere between 0-and-10% for fun or otherwise.try explaining that to 3 kids.

After all necessary expenses i use half of what is left and save the other half. Experts say that you should be able to live comfortably on half your salary and be able to save the other half, if not you are supposedly living beyond your means....

im not sure what spending includes to you but , i use 10% for my tithes, 10% for my parents, 15% for my lunch at work, 35% for clothes, 10% for my toiletries, 12% for my svings and i dont know where the 8% goes

Get direct deposit.That way you won't have the money in your pocket to spend.You can get a debit card and checks.It helps make you think before you buy unnecessary items.

None, I live at home, my parents are pissed I don't pay rent. But oh well. I am saving up and moving out and hopefully going to get married soon.
