Education and training is what you need. I can see the hearing problem stopping you from being a policeman, but not a Paramedic as I know some now that have hearing problems and with hearing aids do quite well. I say go for the medic and medical profession if that is what you like. But you should get more education, it is never a waste.

You just answered your own question. you want to be estage manager. There you go. this is your goal. Now, sit down and write what qualifications are needed to be an estate manager. Do you have the qualifications? If not, how would you acquire them?
you have a plan. Execute it!

My dear, you do need a basic qualification to get quality and better paying job. Job hopping will tired you. You can work part-time during the day and use the evening to catch up with your studies. Trust me, education is future!

It's not a waste to go to college, if it's something you love to do and it will bring you money in the long run.
