or more specifically i have forums that come up on google groups search, if i put in my name, how do i make it so they don't come up on first page of listings??
They are old and include personal data (wasn't as net aware then) and i'd rather they were not there. Any ideas?

You dont usually here about people wanting to derank their sites. You can do it without removing the site completely. All you have to do it erase the meta tags and make sure their is not relative content on there. The next time the spider comes around and sees nothing, it will decrease your rank. It is very easy to lower rank, sometimes you dont even have to do anything if your keywords are competetive.

You can have the site removed from Google's listing if you so wish, but the site listing can not be lowered in the rating. Rating is based on the relevance of the search that you performed. To get a site removed follow this link:
