If you mean your Yahoo Answers Account, then someone reported you for abusing the community guidelines. If your account has been flagged, they're just simply watching you, consider it a warning. If your account was deactivated, or deleted, you'll have to create another one. Just be more careful not to violate the guidelines. If you are unsure of what they are, click on the Help icon at the top, right hand, of your screen. You should have Answers Home-Forum-Blog-Help. Click on the help and that will take you to Community Guidelines.

Seems that someone you sent an email to had flagged your email as abuse. Naturally this would be looked into by the email coordinator, and thus leading to the closure of your account.
