This is actually quite tricky. The question should, and in a sense does ask about the quantity (of time) the person thinks about you, you want to know if someone spends a lot of time thinking about you. But in practice that is a very similar question to "how often do you think about me".
Now here is the other part of it though. If I replied "I think of you very much" (which actually is an odd way to phrase it for a native speaker of English) I would be saying that you are someone I think about a great deal / very often. [They more likely way of saying this would be "I think of you all the time" -- especially if I wanted to assure you that you are frequently in my thoughts] But if I said "I don't think very much of you" I am saying something completely different; I am saying that I do not hold you in high regard, I do not have a good opinion of you.
Hope this helps.

This is a tricky question. I would think it means HOW one thinks of a person. As in do you think this person is good or bad. Example: "I don't think much of --------."
