If you are talking about humans, than we can address this issue. Of course, what everyone else said is correct; there is only one human race.
However, if you were to examine different ethnic groups of people, the 'most evolved' would be the group that has undergone the most different types of selection. What I mean by that is, a group that has migrated all over the world will have undergone more selective pressure than a group that has remained in the same place.
I will not compare different ethnic groups however, that leads to racism and other bad things. Also, just because a group has undergone more selection than another, it doesn't mean that that group is more intelligent than another. I think that is what social darwinism was based on, and that is a bunch of crap.

You needless to say do no longer understand the definition of evolution. How do you define it? Races do no longer "evolve," as gene bypass exists between distinctive human populations. EDIT: there is one race- the human race. And the definition ability that modifications take place interior the genetic code using mutation or organic determination. despite if mutations do take place, people interbreed so there is probably no longer any evolution interior one race.

It depends what you mean by "race". Sometimes we talk about "human race" sometimes about caucasian, african americans... etc. But answering the question with the second list in mind would mean that your question is a bit racist!
Once I found a diagram in which all the human races were described, including the "italian race"!. Well, I am italian (although I have red hair, green eyes and a very pale complexion!) and I am not aware of being a "separate" race.

It just depends on what you mean by "race". When you think about it are you basing it off of culture diversification/evolution, physical, organization?
Because truthfully, crocodiles have the most complex and well organized brain in the animal kingdom. That includes humans, we're not as great as we make ourselves out to be.

There is no such thing as most evolved. It depends on enviroment and stuff. Adaptative succes is usualy mesured by the hability to procriate and the survival rate of the offspring.
Ah. Insects are the most evolved

The human race, although not physically but more of intellectually.
physically, humans are weak that's why we need to use our intellect to instead adapt the environment to suit our needs instead of us being the ones to adapt.
physically, I think the cockroaches are one of the most evolved. though they are small, they are strong for their size and survive harsh conditions. also, they reproduce so fast.

Your question is unclear.
Are you talking about humans or animals?
Are you talking about biological or cultural evolution?
Biologically far advanced would be salamanders and crabs. Us poor humans can hardly regrow a fingernail if we lose one.
They are so advanced they can regrow entire limbs.
They got that way by 300+ million year of evolution.
We're not on a third of that!
