Sorry, I guess that's Life. In the Trivial Pursuit of happiness, these things happen. They are however taking a huge Risk. Seems like their Stratego is to hog the market like those Hungry Hungry Hippos.

Monopoly is a trademark, just like Pepsi or Cheerios. the company that owns it has the right to control how its trademark is used. do you think it's fair that you're the only one allowed to live in your house, or should any member of the human race who needs a place to stay be allowed to bunk down with you? same idea.

Good point, but I have to say, it doesn't worry me as much as one company owning the rights to the Game of Life!
