maybe a old washed out celebrity that has spent all there money on crack will go on a scavenger hunt for cigarette butts to get the lil bit of tobacco left in them and make a whole cigarette out of it..

I think if I was a cigarette butt I would want someone to come along, pick me up, dust me off and stick me inside a roll-up, so that I could once again filter noxious chemicals and experience the feeling of being held softly in someones lips and sucked repeatedly.....aaaaahh.....it would be like being reborn.....

be picked up and collected by someone.. ive was able to watch a tv show last month which featured people who collects weird things.. one of them collects cigarette butts and keeps them in an empty wine bottle...
