it depend on your shift and number of hrs you wrk per shift or if its standard hours per week every week and the number of weeks per year you work. depends if this includes overtimes bonus etc or if its just basic pay or a combination... a bit more info would appreciated

but if you want to work it out yourself on simply basic pay its 19000 divided by hours worked in the year

if it included one off bonus its
19000 - bonus = basic
basic divide by hours worked in the year

if it inlcudes overtime its a bit more complex as overtime pay consists of basic pay and overtime premium . the premium can be different according to the days worked and the premium rate paid

It all deoends on the number of hours worked per week. Assuming it is 7.5 hours a day this equates to 37.5 hours a week. The calculation then is £19K divided by 52 then further divided by 37.5 which equals £9.74 per hour.

Depends how many hours you are contracted to work. If its say 37 per week

£19,000 / 52 = £365.38 is your weekly salary

£365.38 / 37 = £9.87 hourly

Take GBP 19,000.00 and divide by 12 months = GBP1,583; Take GBP1,583 and divide by 30 days (per month) = GBP52.75 per day; let's just take it that you work 8 hours per day. Take GBP52.75 divide by 8 hours = GBP65.95 per hour.
