the same way it gets fingers and toes, a tongue, hair, and so on. The mother's egg and father's sperm both carry a DNA map of which body parts to reproduce. Lots of people these days have lost the DNA map for the brain.

after the baby is born, the doctors carefully cut the top of the head off, and implant the brain the mom and dad grew in the basement in the "solution"...did they forget yours? happened to a lot of people who, coincidentally, ended up on yahoo...
