If USA played 'dormant partner' to world politics (as most other countries do - including the UK), you'd have the turbo fan Muslims converting every mayor city into a dump; every mayor educational institution into a torture center; every mayor sign of progress replaced by their current ability to keep on adding with stones and pebbles.
