i had my peroid on the 4th of march,my peroid is 28 days when will i ovulate.due peroid 31st of march.

You probably will ovulate on Sunday the 18th.....so my suggestion to you, is to start tonight......and do it until tuesday, throw in Wednesday if you can (just in case)
Make sure to elevate your hips with pillows (trying not to move to much, or those swimmers will swim right out of you!!) After intercourse, try to rest for 30 minutes (undistracted) REST!!! The morning swimmer are best.....so go do it right now!!!

Normally a 28-day cycle has ovulation from day to day 14. So yours would likely be from 13th to 16th.
You will know if you temperature rises abit (afew decimal degrees of C) after having been low the past 10 days. The sharper the rise in the temp (use a digital thermo), the better the chance of fertilisation. Also, some use the method where they see how many strings strands coem up when the test the emission that a female emits at the time - to test between thumb and finger to see how many strings come up. If it is quite thick, and 1 strand consistency is there and - sorry to say - not smelly, then you will be in ovulation. At that time, you will have lots of emmission.

If march 4 was the first day of your period, count forwards 11 days, this is the best time to get pregnant. Semen is alkaline and vaginal fluids acidic, and female sperm lives longer than male sperm. March 15th ideal time to conceive. If you had unprotected sex 2 days ago, you could get pregnant now, if not, I know what you'll be doing later.

There are ovulation calculators online that will help you figure that out each month. (just google the term). Ovulation predictor kits will help you too.
To figure it out in your head, just subtract 13-15 days before the day your period should arrive. That is typically your most fertile days for a 28 day cycle.

One Ovulate on 14th day so 4+14= 18, so you will ovulate on 18th. 11th to 17th day are the most fertile days to concive. (to count the 11th day just remember that the first day of your menses will be the day one), this is because on 14th day the ova relises and the life of sperm and ova is 72 hrs that is 3 days so when sex is performed on 11th day then even after 72 hrs that is after three days on 14th day it can fuse with ova and is similar to the 17th day. so best period to concieve is from 11th to 17th day

i had to track my ovulation to get pregnant you ovulate 14 day from the last day of you period, but you only ovulate for 24 to 36 hour you must have intercourse in that period of time to get pregnant. the more you do it the better the chances. IT WORKED FOR ME

it will take sometime for your body to get in to a pattern. so hang tight keep a diary of it so you can start seing the pattern when it comes or youll be one of the unlucky people who have no pattern in their period flow
