I know a man in his mid forties. He had been married for over 20 years. His wife is an attractive lady. However, he told me that he prefers a stripper at some strip bar over his wife. That stripper wasn't even all that good looking. She had done nothing for him except danced nude infront of him and accepting his tips. His wife stood by him all these time through harships and sickness. He was poorer than a mouse when they were married. Now he is somewhat well off financially and he start to act like that. How can a person be so disloyal ?

nothing-but-curves.
sadly, there are people like that who prefers to be overcome by lust more than love and dignity. he must have lost his desire for his wife, in spite of her looks. because for some people, appeal is stronger than looks.
another thing is, his wife may not be able to satisfy his needs..sexually, and the stripper fills up those needs.
this is one of the grounds for divorce..unless that man comes to his senses and realize the 20 years of hardships they have gone into, that two decades of marriage will go into ashes just because of some stupid lust over a stripper.

It the excitement the stripper brings...not really the stripper herself..it could have been any stripper. It's the excitement of getting something you can't have, the excitement knowing its wrong, the excitement of getting caught...etc.
It's not that he loves this stripper more than his wife...its new...its taboo..it's different.
Eat the same thing everyday for 20 years and you tell me if you wouldn't want to just taste something else...you see his watching (and as long as it stays JUST watching) is his little taste.

The stripper probably listens to him and pays attention to some of his needs. If the tables were turned and he was married to the stripper he would find out fast enough that what she provides for him does not make a long lasting relationship. He will learn the hard way.

Midlife crisis + young sexy stripper (which is not particularly the same as good looking, but she knows how to use her body to get a man's attention). Unfortunately, it's not very uncommon for a man going through this stage in his life to stray. He wants to feel young and attractive again and this young girl is helping him feel that way.

Because he has a choice? And well, seems he got bored with all the faith. Not exactly the best of all behaviours, but really...as the wife I'd kick him out of my life asap. And wonder if he always was this dumb and why I married him.

Maybe his wife has taken him for granted, or is a nag.
He goes to see a dancer, she smiles and looks all right (but perhaps he doesn't care about the looks), and he gives her money. She then thanks him.
Just like he would do with the wife, except no nagging, etc, and the wife doesn't thank him, either.
Perhaps.
Once she starts nagging him about this, he'll likely go "out for a pack of smokes" and never return.
It happens.
