Thats a tough one for me to decide! I really like Vanilla, but Banana Cream and Pistachio are a close second.

At the Restaurant I work at I make Banana and
Macadamia nut steamed pudding with Vanila
Bean Gelato and Hazelnut Pralin(Nut Toffee)it's
delicious and our custoners love it and it's so
cheap to make..!!:)

As a child we only had chocolate or vanilla.When ther was a special event we had banana pudding or strawberry pudding.When I got older and married we brough the rice puddings,and coconut cream puddings and pistachio.But now as we are older-older we are back to vanilla.So vanilla is my favorite.
That's all I have to say about that.

Generally I prefer butterscotch...but a nice choco-vanilla combo is pretty good too.
