I am not quite sure what you mean by rude,but if you mean to say"Hot" by saying "Rude" then the answer would be the UAE.If you want a basis for my answer go through the ordeal of checking annual july and october temperatures for the following countries and I hope that process will furnish you the same answer.

From what I have heard so far it is UAE. It seems the summer there can go up 45 degrees.
