So to convert fahrenheit to celcius you use the equation

5/9(T-32)

where T is the temperature

so in your questions

5/9 x (70-32)= 21.11 degree's celsius

5/9 x (60-32)=15.56 degree's celsius

C = (F - 32) / 1.8

just use a calculator
