Goto start click run type in msconfig click ok and check under start up whats loading. Uncheck everything you dont need and click ok and restart.
If you do not have firefox get it now and use it instead of internet explorer so you dont get any more spyware http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/
(1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial61.html
(2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have viruses on your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

Intel celeron - Says it all really - theres your answer. should of paid a bit more and gone for intel pentium

clear you temp files, delete any history and cache files. That should speed it up and then do it weekly.
