He was 10 something else, for instance 10 feet long. or 10 stone in weight, or 10 periods of one and a half years old.. etc.. etc..
Why do people say leapyear? It can't be, if he is 15 he was born in 1974 or 1975 (no leap year). Since 1990 is not a leapyear either he can't be 15 and 60 either.

people keep asserting "hormones," and that's a different danger, even regardless of the indisputable fact that it sounds lots greater to me like your daughter is depressed. melancholy isn't purely feeling unhappy; it in lots of cases manifests in uncharacteristic anger and different off-the-wall emotional suits. "not being concerned" is likewise a trouble-unfastened expression in the time of melancholy. no count if it is scientific melancholy or not, this could be a cry for interest, for help. Has something drastic occurred to her at the instant? Did she have a combat with a chum? Is something tense occurring at homestead? attempt to get her to talk. provide her it sluggish to settle down, then do something relaxing at the same time; decide for a lengthypersistent, or communicate a non violent stroll and gently attempt to instant into conversing approximately how she feels. likelihood is she's bursting to specific her thoughts yet basically doens't be responsive to a thank you to do it yet. Spend high quality time at the same time to reassure her which you would be there while she desires you. She's on the age while maximum little ones start up asserting, "i don't want you anymore," yet precise now she desires you greater beneficial than ever. basically be calm, supportive, be responsive to-how. to respond to your final question, it is basically not "ordinary," even regardless of the indisputable fact that this is now commonplace, the two. Many youngsters adventure melancholy and comparable emotional upheavals, even earlier puberty.

Because he was *at least* 10 years old if he was 15. 15 contains 10.
Ah yes, and leap years don't make you younger o_O; It's the return of a calendar *year* that's counted, not the return of a date itself.

Leap years, I'd imagine, are the reason, and he was born on February 29th. This is however stupid, because he may have only seen 10 birthdays, but he is 15 years old.
That's my two cents for ya.
