I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I can feel my uterus when I place my hand on my pelvic area. It's firm, and feels the same as a full bladder. Even when i completely empty my bladder and bowels it's still there. Has anyone else experienced this? My doctor refused to believe me. This happened in my first pregnancy (ended up a miscarriage). It's now happening in my second. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

i would say thats totally normal. im 20 weeks and from about 5 weeks i could feel my uterus too.

my first pregnancy ended in miscarriage so i totally know how stressful it can be being pregnant again and taking every little thing into consideration. just relax and try not to stress. be happy you are pregnant and believe in your pregnancy.

good luck! xxx

Yes i am going to be 7 weeks on the 18th, and my stomach is tight, i can also feel my uterus...don't worry. i have already had 2 miscarriages so i know how you feel. just sit back and relax if anything is wrong the dr.'s will be the first to know! Good luck and i hope this helps!

Is it possible you are further than 6 weeks? It seems a bit early to feel your uterus since it hasn't risen above your pubic bone yet (not til around 12 weeks).

It's possible bloating too. Even when you go, you don't get ALL of it out.

If you are concerned, please call your doctor or if you don't feel comfortable doing that, get a new doctor.

Have you consulted your doctor about this as yet, I think they would be the best person to advise you on this matter. let them know that you felt this before with your first pregnancy and you had a miscarriage. Good luck!

you need to give your doctor a damn good talking to imo your doctor should not refuse to believe you about anything unless he can disproove it himself personally i would change my doctor before you get any further in your pregnancy and you need all trust in your doctor
