Why would you want to do that? As you age you'll lose the desire so enjoy it while you can.

Keep yourself away from anything that will turn you on. Join those activities that will give you a new experience like mountain climbing, water skiing etc. These are tiring activities so once you are home you will head straight to the bed and no time for masturbation or sex. Keep yourself occupied!

Keep yourself involved in anything and everything, and avoid arousing material. Working hard takes anyone's minds off sex. But why would you wanna do it in the first place anyway?

Keep yourself busy, workout, play video games, work on a project. If you keep yourself active and your mind busy you will not have time to masterbate. You should though take time for yourself periodocally to give yourself pleasure. Its not good to hold off for long stretches of time.

away from porno items like video,magazine,sex books,photos etc.try to exercise more till sweats n tired,watching tv n play video games.u've to control urself firmly with confidence then only u can forget about it-sex.
