As the article states, the assistant coach was the "whisteblower" concerning the relationship that Ms. Chapman had with former players.

Hah good question well there was a lot making her resign. She was supposevely having an affair with a former player. ehhh and so the assistant coach was in an awkward position and she felt she should tell somebody so she did and the coach was forced to resign. Now the assistant coach is in a bad position because if there is a new coach then the assistant coach is gonna be out and she gonna have a hard time finding a new job because of her disloyalty. Anyway LSU is gonna have a hard time in the playoffs without there coach. Most of the players cried when she resigned it gonna be a long game for them.
