click start>click run type in msconfig. Goto startup and uncheck everything there and then click ok and reboot your computer.

Then
(1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial61.html

(2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have viruses on your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

Sounds like you installed spyware disguised as a program. Was it one of those that just pops up and says "hey, you need this.....download blah blah...." Never trust those, even if it says your computer is infected and needs....blah blah blah. You should uninstall this immediately and update your virusscan and run it. If you dont allready have Ad-aware, you should install it.(see below link) Its free and works great to remove crap like this, cause uninstalling it alone doesnt always work. good luck
