Make the return address the persons address in France, and then do not placed a stamp on the letter, then the submit workplace will return it to the return address.. project submit workplace?

from the uk, if it's 20 grams or under, it's 44pence. you can't use regular 1st class stamps, you have to buy a european stamp from the post office.
