Boric acid, it is very effective when used properly for killing cockroaches and most other insects. You can also get a house lizard, they are natural enemies and will eat them.

have an extermator bait them, they will eat it and take it back to their home and share poison with rest and die,my new apt was infected bad. but after about a week they were ALL gone
