When you say an apron I presume you mean a mens' apron not one of yours. Myself,I prefer the traditional roles for men and women. He brings home the bacon, and I cook it. I just can't imagine my sig. other doing housework full time weather wearing an apron or not. On the other hand, as a stay at home domestic engineer, I am aproned most of the day as housework, baking, cooking and gardening takes up a large part of my day.

Yes why not?? if he's man enough to believe that his masculinity won't be reduced by wearing an apron cooking for his love ones..I am certainly all for it...
I grew up with my dad doing the grocery shopping for mum and sometimes cook for us...as they both worked full time so they shared the chores...
he couldnt care less what people said about him and I am sure they did as we are Asian and for an Asian guy to be in the kitchen is a no no ..especially one in his generation is a rare case...and unheard of....he did it because he love us...

As long as the house is clean the kids are taken care of and my dinner is cooked. Also I want what the men who work get , naps whenever I want and spend the money the way I think it should be spent. Don't know too many men willling to go back to living on an allowance do you?

No. That is just not how I care to live my married life. I do have an aunt and uncle who did just that though. She made enough for him to stay home so their kids always had a parent there for them. He did the cooking, cleaning, and also made furniture on the side. It worked out great for them, but it isn't something my fiance and I want.

no, I like a manly man - love all that testosterone! Like him to come home from work after a hard day, smell the lovely smells of dinner I cooked, and he's happy to be home in the loving, welcoming arms of his wife - me. That's amazing!

Why not!! There are millions of house husbands who are doing a pretty good job as the housewife(husband). This is because he is unemployed and supporting you working. Thank him for his behavior and be loving toward him.

I think it's awesome. While I favor the woman to be the housewife - why not?
Hopefully she is wearing a short-skirted power suit....
