Hi there are lots of things that can take the dark circles away but it depends on your budget really. The new products by olay are really good especially definity it has light reflectors or something in them and I have noticed a vast improvement with my circles.
You could just go to the olay website and see if you can hold of a sample before you go and spend £20.
good luck and Peace.

I use the Nutrimin c re9 regime by Arbonne.
I have found the eye cream and the serum in the 6 steps really take away puffy eyes, and dark circles. I noticed right away
I applied this in the morning and in no time I didn't have that baggy look to myself.
It's not "cheap" it's also all natural with 9 key ingrediants.
It does have a 45 day money back return and lasts about 8-10 months. Feel feel to e-mail me with any questions or I am happy to send you a (free) sample thinking of trying it to see if it does help.
