I would recommend you visiting the NASA website first.It depends again on whom you wish to send your Email to.If you wish to send your Email to a specific person or department in NASA it would be appropriate to send it to that person or department itself.By the way,I am a regular user of the NASA website.If you have any more doubts about NASA you can contact me.
