since last few months I am noticing that I am getting overweight. please advise me the food and exercise through which I can get rid of it. Also if anybody have tip for this problem.

stay way from trans fats (fast food, processed foods, and packaged sweets.) drink lots of water, lean cuts of meat, and lots of fruits and vegetables. For snacks choose things like nutrigrain bars and low fat granola. Switch from white starches to whole grain. Try doing some yoga or pilate's they have great core exercises for your abdomen, also do some kind of cardio even if its something small like walking or swimming. They burn calories too. Good luck

When it comes to foods I felt always felt that moderation was the key. And as the other poster said exercise is important so on the exercise front sit ups might be a possible way to help with the tummy area.

I would recommend checking with your dr to be on the safe side though.
